Liam: “The whole setup is brilliant though! That escape from the meteor field? Pure space opera gold! And then you’ve got this amazing 1920s space age setting with Victorian tech. Don’t even get me started on Chastity’s Victorian-inspired gynoid body…”
Lily: “It’s remarkable how Tiffany blends all these genres – romance, sci-fi, spy thriller, historical fiction – into something uniquely her own.”
Liam: “Speaking of unique, ‘Chastity’s Birthday’ might be my favorite of the short stories.”
Lily: “Really? Not the fancy dress ball?”
Liam: “Don’t get me wrong, that’s amazing too! But there’s something so sweet about Chastity not even knowing it was her birthday. It shows this tender side to their relationship.”
Lily: “And Tremayne wanting to do something special for her…”
Liam: “Plus that tea trolley scene! When Chastity says she expects another ride next year…”
Lily: “Maybe she won’t have to wait that long!”
Liam: “LILY!”

Liam: “Yeah, but I noticed something—how did Marjorie expect to stay anonymous when she’s literally announced when she arrives at the ball? ‘Miss Marjorie Davis, esquire!’“
Lily: “Oh! That’s actually a really good catch, Liam!”
Liam: “I have my moments. And speaking of good catches – can we talk about how Temperance goes from antagonist to harem companion? That’s some serious character development.”
Lily: “It really shows Tremayne’s growth too. He starts as this space cowboy playboy type and develops into someone capable of these deep, meaningful relationships. And those broad shoulders don’t hurt…”
Liam: “Hey, I have broad shoulders…”
