My biggest bummer is that no one has written a review for Belleville yet. So, I don’t think that’s going to happen anymore. Trying not to read too much into it. I’m not very good when it comes to marketing or just asking someone to write a review.

However, nothing overshadows my big news: I’m getting married! We don’t have a definitive date yet, but we’re aiming at mid-September. I have the wonderful support of my parents and his parents who want to help out. So, I’m not worried.

I’m wondering what a haremlit marriage looks like. Some of my characters want to marry Finch. Although there aren’t any laws yet in the early 1860s that prevents multiple marriages, it doesn’t seem to fit the period. I’ll have to do some thinking about that. If you have any suggestions, I would love to hear them.
