Michael Dalton really makes this series work. The dream world Jimmy creates, along with his dream daughter is amazing. The stakes are high when everyone comes after him, his daughter and his harem.
Because Jimmy is bound to a succubus, the steamy sessions are long. When they enter the dream world… whooboy!

It’s sexy, high-stakes, and heartfelt—Dalton at his best.

Survival harshness and body warmth

I get cold every time I read Misty Vixen’s A Warm Place series—and I mean that as a compliment. Book 3 continues the post-apocalyptic journey with Chris and his companions arriving at Pine Ridge, only to discover devastation and difficult choices. Chris’s generosity creates some strong drama, even if it felt a little out of character.

The emotional tension is real, especially when some women he risked his life for choose to stay behind. It’s raw, it’s human—and that’s what makes it work.

👉 A Warm Place is a long, immersive ride. My Merchant Zayed series isn’t quite as long—yet. But I’m not planning to stop any time soon.

Sorcerer, sexy girls and a grimoire!

Great read! This is the Michael Dalton series that I like best so far.

In book 1 Jimmy discovers his link to black magic and demonology. He also meets some great girls who want to be with him intimately.

In book 2 the magical world opens further. He discovers the Vermilion Cabal and an intriguing dreamworld. His harem grows, so does his power.

With five books in the series, Michael Dalton delivers a great harem story with spills and thrills (You know what I mean :-)!
