Review “Radley’s Home for Horny Monsters”

Annabelle Hawthorne's Radley's Home for Horny Monsters

Great Monster Girl Fun.

Radley’s Home for Horny Monsters

Radley inherits a home filled with monster girls—and each one is delightfully intimate in her own strange, seductive way. While some moments pushed my comfort zone (oversized anatomy in undersized places!), Annabelle Hawthorne absolutely nails the monster girl genre. This book is definitive. And it’s just the beginning!

Thank you Marilyn Foxworthy

The Cave Girl - Lost in Time Part 1

“It might get sexual,” Marilyn Foxworthy warns her reader, only to follow up with: “It’s always consensual.”

That line alone made me pause—and smile. It’s exactly what drew me to her work and why it continues to inspire me. Marilyn’s stories embrace the steamy, romantic magic of harem-style relationships with integrity and charm. Her heroines may share a man, but each represents a unique side of love, desire, and emotional connection.

“There’s no sexual humiliation, no bondage, nothing non-consensual,” she explains. “The story is a fantasy. It isn’t realistic. The heroes are good guys. They win. The bad guys lose. Magic and miracles happen.”

It’s this blend of heat, heart, and hope that lights up her stories.

While I’m not a big fan of first-person narration—I like when readers get a peek behind the curtain before the hero does—I always enjoy seeing how Marilyn, solo or with Jack Coltrane, brings her characters to life.

Thank you, Marilyn, for showing that sexy stories can also be gentle, joyful, and just downright magical.

👉 That’s my aim too. If you want to explore a world of harem romance grounded in consent and wonder, try Merchant Zayed for free.

Review “God Kings Harem: Omnibus Edition”

God King's Harem - Omnibus Edition

Great over-the-top harem fiction

God King's Harem - Omnibus Edition
God King’s Harem – Omnibus Edition

Nick Storming weaves a wonderfully over-the-top Arthurian tale about defeating a monstrous threat. To win, the hero must gather a cadre of iconic women—queens, nobles, nannies—each drawn into his orbit as part of a classic harem quest.

The tone is bold and unapologetic. The hero is desired by nearly every woman he meets—it’s part of the mythic charm and epic scale. It’s light, fast-paced, and filled with harem delights.

Review “Super Hero Academy”

Super Hero Academy

Fun and sexy Super Hero story.

Super Hero Academy
Super Hero Academy

Fun, flirty, and full of powers.
Super Hero Academy by Simon Archer

Nick Gateon is the son of the world’s greatest supervillain. To survive at Valcav Academy for the Superhumanly Gifted, he’ll need more than just muscles—he’ll need a harem of equally gifted women, sharp wits, and a plan.

What I really enjoy in this series is how Simon Archer writes his supporting characters. They’re not just sidekicks or eye candy—they shine with their own stories. And honestly? Sometimes I find them even more interesting than Nick.

And with five books, there’s plenty to dive into.

👉 I’m all about secondary characters too. That’s why I write ensemble HaremLit where everyone has a voice—and a story to tell. For a taste, check out The Caterer and Miss Jones.

Review “Aether Mage 1”

Aether Mage 1

Surprise(d) mage and magical companions with benefits.

Aether Mage 1
Aether Mage 1

‘Bean Me Up’ has a cozy French-Canadian coffeeshop, and a main character chasing a dead-end news story—until he’s invited into the back room. Turns out, he’s one of the last mages in the US, and a shadowy organization wants to initiate him into magic… and pleasure. With steamy instruction from his magical companions, Dante King’s Aether Mage kicks off with charm, mystery, and spice.

Thank you Annabelle Hawthorne

Annabelle Hawthorne's Radley's Home for Horny Monsters

Even though Annabelle Hawthorne hides somewhere in the Rocky Mountains, I was happy to find her books. I’d never heard of the Monster Harem genre, but Radley’s Home for Horny Monsters really helped define it.

Some of her characters are deliciously creepy. And yes, a few scenes—where dainty women stretch to fit monstrous members—make me squirm. But isn’t that part of the allure of monster stories?

What truly inspired me, though, is her portrayal of the ‘just-a-guy’ protagonist. A guy who finds himself in the company of fabulous, fierce, and fantastical women. Whether he saves them or they save him is never the point—it’s the respect, the connection, and the teamwork that make her stories resonate.

That spirit stuck with me. It became the heartbeat of my own stories. My Merchant Zayed is just a guy too—surrounded by feline women, magical carpets, and other wonders in a Persian world of enchantment.
