“You are Artemis, aren’t you, the virgin goddess?”
Marjorie blushed and hid it by looking down. She noticed that the slits in his coat could easily give her access to his trousers. She wondered how he would react?
“Are you offering to do something about that, my lord?” Marjorie asked giving him a coy glance. It was his turn to blush.
What do you think, Tiffans? Is he?

Temperance appears in:
Characters appearing in Cartographer Tremayne’s Space Adventures
Lily: “Tiffans! We finally made it to Ilzed—the epic conclusion to Prospector Finch’s Harem Adventures! Where do we even begin discussing it? Weddings, political intrigue, world building aliens, movie moments?”
Liam: “I loved all the Russian scenes: Elizaveta and her Horse Guards galloping through the Siberian snow on their way to assault a Nanken nuclear plant that was taken over by the Simmix. And how the airship lands behind their retreat, protecting them from enemy fire. The Russian bachelor party the Guards organize for Finch. “Tell me, Amerikanski, are you prepared for this?” Colonel Cherkassky grins, his cheeks already flushed with vodka. “A Russian woman is no delicate thing, and Elizaveta—Bozhe moi!—she is a force of nature.” Finch raises his glass. “I’ve ordered a sturdy bed, Colonel.””
Lily: “Oh yes! Elizaveta’s wedding is perfect. How she pulls Finch in when her comrades call ‘Gorko!’ for a kiss. All the Finch weddings are so well done. The intimacy of Constantia and Finch’s adoption of Audrey. The San Francisco spectacle of Lydia Norton and Finch’s alliance. The beauty of Tady-Lic’s celebration, the down-to-earth civil wedding ceremony for Valentine and the space wedding for Miri.”
Liam: “I love how Miri grumbles when Finch asks what happens when two Rū wed. Rū means very wealthy in Nanken. She simply answers: “They are Rū together.” And Finch goes: “Nah, they are Mi together.” And then Miri thinks: “Mi is tacky, I’ll take the name Fi: Miri-So-Fi.””
Lily: “And we then get wedding night after wedding night. Tady-Lic under the aurora borealis. Constantia’s enamored but hesitant night. Lydia’s hip-swaying reading of the alliance contract. Tiffany really outdid herself in those.”
Liam: “And Eljamit’s surprise wedding – classic enemy to lover. How she outplays mission leader Khyar! Plot twist ahoy!”
Lily: “With the Ilzed – who literally built the four planets – as the greatest plot twist of all. And how they believe Finch is an anomaly.”
Liam: “Yes! And that wonderful scene in Constantinople when Zhenyi tries to figure out the Ilzed omniship – that exists in different parts of the universe at the same time.
Lily: “Isn’t that also the moment when they discuss the origins of species? When Gayatri explains how Darwin researched how finches changed across several islands. And then thinks to herself “Of course, it had to be finches!” This is Top Tiffany writing.
Liam: “Yes! And Tiffany really outdid herself when writing Emperor Norton. He’s such a great character: quiet, but he steals every scene.”
Lily: “He does. When they land The Spirit of San Francisco on Piazza St. Pietro at the Vatican and ask for an audience with the Pope. The Church officials say: “No that’s impossible” and the Italian crowd join the discussion.”
Liam: “There are so many great moments. I’m sorry that this is the final part in the trilogy.”
Lily: “The third part is always the final one in a trilogy.”
Liam: “Haha. I wonder if Tiffany is considering a spin-off? Any of the characters would have a worthy series of their own.”
Lily: “I think Tiffany already has a lot of series in mind. That’s all the time we have. Stay tuned for more updates from your co-presidents!”
